Lensified is the official photography club of Netaji Subhash Engineering College. Lensified started its journey in the 2005 and has some glorious years till date. The legacy of the club has been passed down from generation to another and the club has grown in an exponential manner. This club was started with the intention of providing a platform for all the students who are interested in photography. Even today, the first and main goal of Lensified it the same. We have organized many events, both inter and intra college which gives the budding photographers the right direction. Lensified also takes the initiative to organize forums for all the interested students of the college who want to get a head start on learning photography. Some of the most eminent photographers are the mentors of the forums.


We also oganize photowalks in different parts of the city. At Lensified we believe that best way of learning photography is just stepping out with your camera and start clicking. That is exactly what we do on photowalks. During photowalks, we are accompanied by one of our senior mentors where we get to learn a lot about photography hands on from them. The official tech fest of NSEC Avenir, also covered by Lensified. Apart from that, Lensified organizes some amazing events during the fest such as insta-click, bioscope and spectrum. In the 2019, Lensified got its first collaboration. This time we collaborated with IEEE calcon and we covered the entire program.



During the lockdown, when we were all locked up in our homes, photography became difficult. But Lensified did not stop its tireless efforts of making young minds interested in photography. We organized our first school level event, Vantage. School students from all over the state participated in this event. 2022 marked a very successful year for Lensified. We organized our very first gallery event - Consequat. We had people from all over the world participate in this event. It was a two day event and it was a grand success. We, the next batch of Lensified, aim at making Consequat even bigger this time. In 2023, Lensified finally achieved what the seniors dreamt of for this club when they started it. Lensified has now become an independent club and promises to provide opportunities for everyone who is just looking for the platform to showcase their talents.
