CONSEQUAT Lensified organised Consequat, a photography exhibition last year in the month of May. It was held at Altamirah Art Gallery. In this event selected photographs of enthusiasts, from across the world, were exhibited. Consequat was a huge success! This year Consequat 2.0 will be held on the 29th and 30th of April. HASTA LA VISTA
Farewell is a fancy way to say goodbye. We, the members of Lensified, bid farewell to our beloved seniors in our event Hasta La Vista with love and a bouquet of memories and took vows to expand our Lensified family even more and take their legacy forward under their mentorship.
PHOTOWALKS We are humbled and delighted to say that Lensified the official photography club of NSEC, organised insightful photowalks under the mentorship of various photographers. Places include Lanes of Raja Katra, Jeans Goli, Lanes of North Calcutta, Princep Ghat, Maidan, Chintamoni Bird Sanctuary, Mullick Ghat flower m arket, Nakhoda Masjid and Zakaria Street. Students eagerly participated in these photowalks.These photowalk sessions took everyone through gamut of photography techniques with as simple equipment as mobile to as complicated as multiple lenses.These workshop based photowalks gave a whole new perspective to explore photography as a passion.
FORUMS Mentors and seniors of the club groom up the freshers who are photography enthusiasts in the Forums sessions. These forums are held across various platforms depending upon the needs of it. Students are highly encouraged to participate in such forums to widen their technical knowledge in photography. They also get to encounter many professional photographers who are widely known across the country for their achievements in this niche.
IEEE CALCON IEEE is the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. Lensified got it's first opportunity to collaborate with IEEE CALCON in the year 2019. It was the first collaborative event of Lensified which was held outside the college premises. This legacy is continued till date.
ZEST Sports and games are known to develop the students holistically. In a collaboration with the NSEC SPORTS club, Lensified covered the inter-college sports event ZEST and INFINITO. The event included Carrom, Badminton, Table Tennis and Football.
SILVER JUBLIEE CELEBRATION Netaji Subhash Engineering College completed it's 25 years on 23rd January,2023. Respected delegates of the city were invited to enrich this event with their presence. The renowned music band, Chandrabindoo, performed live there. Lensified had this huge honour of covering this prestigious event.
